Fit 4 Life is a youth-oriented gym and fitness program for children ages 6-15, located at Courts Plus, designed to provide a sound, progressive training regimen that will help young people begin a lifelong journey of health and fitness. Children will increase cardiovascular fitness, improve strength, and enhance athletic performance.
Fit 4 Life boasts both strength and cardiovascular equipment, eight strength machines including arm curl, arm extension, chest press, lat pull, seated row, leg extension, leg curl and shoulder press. These pieces when used together provide youth with a sound strength regimen and fun cardiovascular workout, while improving reaction time and coordination.
The instructors will help participants track their sets, repetitions and workload, which allows them to see their progress.
Fit 4 Life Exercise Classes
Children ages 6-15 can train for a lifetime of fitness in a Fit 4 Life Exercise Class. These structured, supervised classes teach children how to properly train for a lifetime of fitness. Children will learn proper technique while enjoying a fun and supportive atmosphere. View the current exercise schedule for class descriptions and times.
