Courts Plus offers a variety of group exercise classes scheduled in three state-of-the-art studios. Classes are offered seven days a week. Schedules are available at the service desk or in electronic format.
Group exercise classes feature instructors who are certified by the American Council of Exercise and/or by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America or an applicable Specialty Certification. Instructors follow the guidelines for safe and effective exercise while teaching fun, motivating classes. Our group exercise staff is committed to providing you with the best group exercise program in the area as well as the latest trends of group exercise.
The group exercise program at Courts Plus offers over 75 classes per week that are FREE for Courts Plus members. Members can choose from a variety of group exercise classes including Zumba, Les Mills BodyPump™, BodyStep™, BodyCombat™, POUND and more.

Studio One (Group Exercise Studio)
Studio One (Group Exercise Studio) is located on the lower level of the facility. The 2,340 sq. ft. studio is air-conditioned, and equipped with mats, hand weights, tubing and other in class exercise equipment.
Studio Two (Multipurpose Room)
Studio Two (Multipurpose Room) is located on the upper level. Special programming classes are offered in this space for an additional fee. Our specialty fitness classes include: Mother and Baby exercise programming, Tai Chi, Karate and more. Studio Three (Fitness Studio)
